이 앱은 계정이 없고, 서버가 없습니다. 개발자는 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 어떤 정보도 수집하거나 전송받지 않습니다. 기록·통계·패턴 분석·PDF 리포트는 모두 기기 안에서 계산됩니다.
건강에 관한 기록은 민감한 정보입니다. 그래서 이 앱은 그 기록을 기기 밖으로 내보내는 길을 만들지 않았습니다. 백업 파일과 PDF 리포트는 이용자가 직접 공유를 누를 때만 기기 밖으로 나갑니다.
기기에만 저장되는 것
아래 값은 기기 안에만 저장되고 밖으로 나가지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다.
- 통증 기록 — 날짜와 시각, 통증 강도, 아픈 곳, 트리거, 증상, 복용한 약, 전날 수면 시간, 지속 시간, 메모
- 수면 기록 — 두통이 없던 날에도 적을 수 있는 하루 수면 시간
- 복약 알람 — 이용자가 직접 입력한 약 이름, 용량, 복용 시각, 켜짐 여부
- 복용 기록 — 알람별 날짜별 복용 여부
- 설정 — 언어, 첫 실행 안내를 봤는지, 앱을 처음 켠 날
수집하지 않는 것
- 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 생년월일 등 신원 정보
- 위치, 연락처, 사진, 건강 앱(HealthKit) 데이터
- 광고 식별자, 기기 식별자
- 사용 기록, 분석(analytics), 오류 보고
이 앱에는 광고가 없고 분석 도구도 없습니다. 이용자의 데이터를 받는 제3자가 없습니다.
말로 넣기 (음성 입력)
기록 화면에서 마이크 버튼을 누르면 말한 것이 글자로 바뀌어 칸에 들어갑니다. 이 기능은 누를 때만 켜지고, 앱이 뒤에서 듣고 있지 않습니다. 마이크와 음성 인식 권한은 그 버튼을 처음 누를 때 물어보며, 허용하지 않아도 손으로 적는 길은 그대로 있습니다.
말소리가 어디서 글자가 되는지는 기기에 달려 있습니다.
- 아이폰 — 기기 안에서만 처리하도록 지정해 두었습니다. 말소리가 기기 밖으로 나가지 않습니다.
- 안드로이드 — 기기 안에서 처리하기를 요청하지만, 안드로이드에서 이것은 요청일 뿐이라 기기나 인식기가 지원하지 않으면 구글의 음성 인식으로 보내질 수 있습니다. 그럴 때는 앱 화면에 그 사실을 적습니다. 이 경우 그 말소리는 구글의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
어느 쪽이든 개발자는 말소리도 글자도 받지 않습니다. 글자로 바뀐 결과는 기기 안의 기록에만 들어가고, 저장하기 전에 화면에서 고칠 수 있습니다.
알림
복약 알람은 기기 안에서만 예약되는 로컬 알림입니다. 서버를 거치지 않으므로 어떤 약을 언제 먹는지가 기기 밖으로 나가지 않습니다. 알림 권한은 이용자가 알람을 처음 만들 때 물어보며, 허용하지 않아도 앱의 나머지 기능은 그대로 씁니다.
백업 파일과 PDF 리포트

데이터 지우기

이 앱은 어린이를 대상으로 하지 않으며 나이를 묻지 않습니다.
의료에 관한 안내
이 앱은 진단하거나 약을 추천하지 않습니다. 기록과 요약만 제공하며 모든 의료 판단은 의사와 상의하세요. 이 앱은 의료기기가 아닙니다.
변경
방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지의 최종 수정일을 고칩니다.

This app has no account and no server. The developer does not collect or receive any information that could identify you. Entries, statistics, pattern analysis and PDF reports are all computed on your device.
Health entries are sensitive. That is why this app has no path that sends them anywhere. Backup files and PDF reports leave your device only when you tap share yourself.
Stored on your device only
- Attack entries — date and time, pain level, location, triggers, symptoms, medication taken, sleep the night before, duration, notes
- Sleep entries — nightly sleep hours, including days without a headache
- Medication reminders — the name, dose and time you typed, and whether the reminder is on
- Adherence — whether each reminder was marked taken on each day
- Settings — language, whether the first-run notice was seen, the day the app was first opened
Not collected
- Name, email, phone number, date of birth or any identity data
- Location, contacts, photos, HealthKit data
- Advertising or device identifiers
- Usage logs, analytics, crash reports
The app has no advertising and no analytics. No third party receives your data.
Voice entry
On the record screen, a microphone button turns what you say into text in the fields. It runs only while you press it; the app does not listen in the background. Microphone and speech recognition permission are asked the first time you use it, and typing by hand always remains available.
Where speech becomes text depends on the device.
- iPhone — recognition is requested on-device only. Audio does not leave the device.
- Android — on-device recognition is requested, but on Android that is only a preference. If the device or recognizer does not support it, audio may be sent to Google for recognition. The app says so on screen when that is the case, and Google's privacy policy applies to that audio.
Either way the developer receives neither the audio nor the text. The resulting text goes only into the entry on your device, and you can correct it before saving.
Notifications
Medication reminders are local notifications scheduled on the device. Nothing about what you take, or when, leaves the device. Permission is asked the first time you create a reminder; the rest of the app works without it.
Backup files and PDF reports
The backup file (Settings › Backup) is a JSON file containing everything listed above. The PDF report is a document for your doctor. Both are written to a temporary place on the device and go only where you send them from the share sheet. Once sent, handling follows the policy of whatever app or service you sent it to. The developer never receives these files.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app removes the entries stored on the device. Restoring a backup replaces what is in the app. The developer holds no copy.
Children
This app is not directed at children and does not ask for age.
Medical notice
This app does not diagnose or recommend medication. It only keeps and summarises what you enter. Discuss every medical decision with your doctor. This app is not a medical device.
